It was so great to finally do the special Ops for my class peers. The reason for the special Ops was to use the platform to show the peace of mind and also de-stress from the daily readings for our studies. It is easy to forget that the body also needs a break if all you think about is achieving goals- academically and starving your mind of this too.<div><br></div><div>I wanted to have the meditation session with people whom I stud with so that they can appreciate a fresh mind that has been given a chance to rest. These last few days have been heavy with pressure to read and deliver. I find myself in a state of calmness and I have friends and colleagues asking why I am not panicking and I explain that meditation is just the key for me. </div><div><br></div><div>I have been a Peace Rebel for sometime now and I have not stopped or looked back and I feel so good being able to focus and draining my mind of negative thoughts and feeding it with good breaks and energy to help me be the person of peace in and out. </div><div><br></div><div>Thank you Anita and Mariana for the great communication that led to this Special Ops. I feel fresh and I am glad that I could have the opportunity to share with Monk Ruben from Belgium. It was truly awesome and in the state of my minded needed right then. Most students have been stressed and with that they lose focus and I wanted to be able to show them how they can make their lives lessened of stress and focusing in their inner being and mind- the core and being stronger and well focused.<img src="Anita Nuss Pipo" alt="Special Ops-ISS" align="left" border="0px"></div><div><br></div>
